The Realme 16x 5G is expected to launch in India soon with a fresh leak revealing several key specifications ahead of its official debut. The smartphone was recently spotted on the BIS certification website, which indicates that its India launch may not be far away. Earlier reports had also revealed its storage variants and colour options.  The latest leak suggests that the Indian version of the Realme 16x 5G will differ from the global model by offering a larger battery. Here’s what we know.

Realme 16x 5G Expected Specifications

According to a report by PassionateGeekz, the Indian variant of the Realme 16x 5G is expected to pack a 7,000mAh battery, which is larger than the 6,600mAh battery found in the global version.

The smartphone is also tipped to support 45W fast charging that allows users to recharge the large battery more quickly. With its high battery capacity, the handset is expected to deliver more than a day’s usage on a single charge and could last even longer with moderate use.

The Realme 16x 5G is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset. The processor is designed to handle everyday tasks such as multitasking, social media, video streaming, and casual gaming with ease.

For photography, the smartphone is tipped to feature a 50-megapixel rear camera along with a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.

The handset is also expected to feature a 144Hz refresh rate display and run Android 16 out of the box.

Design, Colours and Storage Variants

A teaser image of the Realme 16x 5G has also surfaced, revealing part of the smartphone’s design. It appears to feature a vertical rear camera module with an LED ring surrounding the camera sensor. The smartphone is expected to be offered in Endurance Brown and Glory White colour options.

According to tipster Debayan Roy (Gadgetsdata) @Gadgetsdata on X, the iQOO Z11 with model number I2514 is expected to launch in India in August. The smartphone is tipped to be priced at around Rs. 35,000 with an official announcement likely to be made soon.

If the leaked pricing turns out to be accurate, the iQOO Z11 will position itself in the upper mid-range segment. For comparison, the iQOO Z10 5G was launched in India in April 2025 at Rs. 21,999 for the 8GB + 128GB variant and is currently listed at Rs. 24,999.

iQOO Z11 – Expected Specifications

As per the latest leak, the Indian variant of the iQOO Z11 could feature a 1.5K curved OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. The smartphone is tipped to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7500 processor and may become the first smartphone in India to use this chipset as suggested by an earlier report.

The iQOO Z11 launched in China in March with a more powerful MediaTek Dimensity 8500 processor. The reported switch from the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 to the Dimensity 7500 for the Indian model suggests that iQOO may be focusing on delivering a more competitive price rather than flagship-level performance.

The Indian version of the model is also expected to pack a battery with a capacity between 7,000mAh and 8,000mAh paired with 90W fast charging support.

For photography, the handset is tipped to feature a 50-megapixel primary rear camera with Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS) and a 32-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.

Two upcoming smartphones from Xiaomi’s sub-brands have moved a step closer to their official debut. The Poco C95 Pro (4G) and the Redmi Note 17 Pro 5G have now received certification from Thailand’s NBTC authority, hinting that their launch could take place in the near future.

The certification listings do not reveal detailed specifications but previous reports have already shed light on what these smartphones are expected to offer.

Poco C95 Pro (4G) Spotted on NBTC

The Poco C95 Pro (4G) has appeared in the NBTC database with the model number 2606FPC72Y. According to earlier reports, the smartphone is expected to be a rebranded version of the Redmi 17 (4G), which carries the model numbers 2606FRN72Y and 2606FRN72L.

Based on previous leaks, the Redmi 17 (4G) is expected to feature a 6.9-inch IPS LCD display with HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The handset is tipped to be powered by the MediaTek Helio G91 Ultra chipset and could be paired with up to 6GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage.

The phone is also expected to pack a 7,500mAh battery with 45W fast charging support. For photography, it is said to feature an 8-megapixel front camera and a 50-megapixel rear camera. Other expected features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and NFC connectivity.

Redmi Note 17 Pro 5G Receives NBTC Certification

The global version of the Redmi Note 17 Pro 5G has also received NBTC certification with the model number 2607DRA18G.

According to tipster Kacper Skrzypek, the global model is expected to retain most of the specifications of its Chinese counterpart. However, unlike the Chinese version, which reportedly packs a 9,000mAh battery, the global variant is said to feature a slightly smaller 8,340mAh battery. The tipster also claims that the global model will include an additional 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera.

The Chinese Redmi Note 17 Pro is expected to sport a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 processor and supports 67W fast charging.

For cameras, the Chinese variant is equipped with a 50-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera.

Redmi Note 17 Series Launch Timeline

The Redmi Note 17 series including the Redmi Note 17 and the Redmi Note 17 Pro Max has now been certified by Thailand’s NBTC authority.

The standard Redmi Note 17 is already confirmed to launch in India on August 6 and the latest certification suggests that the Redmi Note 17 Pro and Redmi Note 17 Pro Max could also arrive in the Indian market soon after.

Meanwhile, the Redmi 17 (4G) and its rebranded counterpart the Poco C95 Pro (4G) currently do not appear to have Indian variants. As a result, it remains unclear whether either smartphone will be launched in India.

Based on these images and video, we now know the rear panel features a raised rectangular camera module that houses dual 50-megapixel rear cameras along with an LED flash, a microphone, and Poco branding.

The images also indicate that the smartphone will have a clean and modern design.

The Poco M8 Power is confirmed to pack a massive 8,000mAh battery, which the company claims can deliver up to 28 hours of continuous video playback. The smartphone will support 45W wired fast charging and 22.5W reverse wired charging.

On the front, the handset is expected to feature a 6.9-inch flat AMOLED display with an in-display fingerprint scanner. The screen will offer Full HD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, 1,800 nits peak brightness, 960Hz PWM dimming, and DC dimming for an improved viewing experience.

According to a tipster Anvin @ZionsAnvin on X, a Redmi K100 series smartphone carrying the model number M511CD has been spotted on Geekbench. In Geekbench tests, the handset achieved a single-core score of 3,429 and a multi-core score of 10,461.

The listing reveals that the phone could be powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 (SM8850) chipset. The benchmark listing indicates that the processor is built on a 3nm process and features an octa-core CPU with six efficiency cores clocked at 3.63GHz and two performance cores running at up to 4.61GHz. The chipset is also expected to be paired with an Adreno 840 GPU.

The device was listed with 14.73GB of RAM, which is likely to be marketed as 16GB RAM and it is expected to run Android 16. Reports suggest the smartphone may ship with HyperOS 3 based on Android 16.

The benchmark database suggests that this device is also powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 (SM8850) processor with an octa-core CPU, featuring six cores clocked at 3.63GHz and two high-performance cores reaching up to 4.61GHz. According to an exclusive report by 91mobiles citing industry sources, the Realme C100 5G carries the model number RMX5258 with the MEA suffix indicating that the smartphone is intended for the Middle East and Africa markets.

Based on the leak, the handset is expected to be available in two storage variants such as 4GB RAM + 128GB storage and 6GB RAM + 128GB storage.

The smartphone is also tipped to launch in Blooming Purple and Sprouting Green colour options.

India Launch Remains Unclear

The report suggests that the Realme C100 5G may not launch in India, at least in its current form. Previous Realme smartphones launched in India have generally carried the “IN” suffix in their model numbers, whereas the leaked model number of the Realme C100 5G includes the MEA designation.

Since the standard Realme C100 is already available in markets such as Nigeria, the company is expected to introduce the 5G model in the same region and nearby countries.

However, the possibility of an India launch cannot be ruled out completely. Realme could still be working on a separate India-specific version of the smartphone, although there is currently no confirmation regarding such a model.

According to recent leaks, the upcoming handset is expected to launch in January 2027 and could bring several major upgrades over the Redmi Turbo 5 Max. The smartphone is also expected to be rebranded for global markets as the POCO X9 Pro Max. Here’s what we know so far.

Redmi Turbo 6 Max Launch Timeline Tipped

According to the latest leak, the Redmi Turbo 6 Max has been tentatively scheduled for a January 2027 launch. Although the release is still months away, early details have already surfaced online hinting at significant improvements in display, battery, and design.

The leak further suggests that the Redmi Turbo 6 Max could be introduced in global markets under the POCO X9 Pro Max branding. This aligns with Xiaomi’s usual rebranding strategy for Redmi Turbo series devices.

Redmi Turbo 6 Max Expected Specifications

The Redmi Turbo 6 Max is tipped to feature a 7-inch flat OLED display with a 2K resolution, making it one of the largest displays in Redmi’s smartphone lineup.

Under the hood, the device is expected to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 series chipset. While the exact processor has not been confirmed, the smartphone is expected to target users looking for high-end gaming and performance.

Battery capacity could be one of the biggest highlights of the device. The leak suggests that the Redmi Turbo 6 Max may pack a massive 10,000mAh battery, representing a notable upgrade over its predecessor.

Realme is expected to expand its budget smartphone lineup in India with the launch of the Realme C100i. Ahead of its official debut, a new report has revealed the Indian variants and colour options of the upcoming smartphone. While Realme has not yet confirmed the launch, the latest leak suggests that the device could arrive in the country soon.

The Realme C100 series has already expanded in several global markets with models such as the Realme C100 5G, Realme C100 4G, Realme C100x, and Realme C100i. In India, however, the company has only introduced the Realme C100x so far.

Realme C100i India Variants and Colour Options

According to an exclusive report by XpertPick, citing offline retail sources, the Indian version of the Realme C100i will carry the model number RMX5399.

The report claims that the smartphone will be available in two storage variants including 4GB RAM + 64GB storage and 4GB RAM + 128GB storage.

In terms of colours, the handset is expected to launch in Skyline Silver and Midnight Black options.

At present, there is no information regarding the smartphone’s pricing in India.

Realme C100i – Expected Specifications

The Realme C100i has already launched in select global markets with the model number RMX5377, while the Indian variant carries the RMX5399 model number. It is still unclear whether the Indian model will retain the same specifications as its global counterpart.

The existing Realme C100i features a 6.8-inch HD+ IPS LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the Unisoc T7250 processor paired with LPDDR4x RAM and eMMC 5.1 storage.

The smartphone packs a 7,000mAh battery with 15W charging support.

For photography, it comes with a 5-megapixel front-facing camera and an 8-megapixel rear camera. Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and a microSD card slot for storage expansion.

Reports further indicate that Realme may not introduce a GT-series flagship smartphone this year. However, the company has not officially confirmed its future product roadmap, so more updates are expected once Realme makes an official announcement regarding its upcoming launches.
