According to the recent leak by well-known tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo, the Oppo Find X9 Pro will feature a 6.78-inch flat OLED LTPO display with a 1.5K resolution. It will sport 2.5D curved glass and an R-angle design, giving the phone a clean, premium look.
The bezels are expected to be extremely slim on all sides, made possible by LIPO packaging technology. For security, the phone will use an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor.
On the back, Oppo is going for a top-left-aligned camera module with a seamless finish. The highlight of the rear setup is a 200MP periscope telephoto lens, which could be based on the Samsung HP5 sensor, according to earlier reports. This will be accompanied by a 50MP primary sensor and a 50MP ultra-wide lens, forming a powerful triple camera system.
One of the biggest revelations in this leak is the battery capacity. The Find X9 Pro is expected to include a battery in the 7,000mAh range, with the highest estimates pointing to a 7,500mAh cell, massive for a flagship phone. While specifics on wired charging remain unknown, 50W wireless charging support is confirmed.
The Find X9 Pro will come with IP68/IP69 certification, offering robust protection against dust and water. A white colour variant is reportedly in development and it may feature a fiberglass or glass back panel, adding to the device’s premium feel.
