Not only have we demonstrated that AI-driven solutions can help us achieve PPA targets for even the most advanced GAA process technologies, but through our partnership, we have established an ultra-high-productivity design system that is consistently delivering impressive results.” The Samsung staffer said, “Since we’ve just completed the tape-out of the 3nm mobile AP, we cannot specify the performance of the mass-produced chips yet, but it is true that we have made significant progress compared to the previous generation, and we are on track to start mass production in the second half of this year.” Upcoming Samsung Products with 3nm SoC Samsung Prepares to Launch First Advanced 3nm Exynos Chip There's a chance it could be a new chip for the Galaxy Watch 7 smartwatches coming out soon too.
