The upcoming Infinix Hot 70 4G has already surfaced on certification platforms in some regions. As of now, the smartphone is expected to launch soon sometime likely in April. Ahead of the debut, a recent exclusive report from Passionategeekz has revealed key specifications and features of the device.
As per the report, a major highlight of the Infinix Hot 70 4G is the inclusion of a dedicated One Tap AI button designed to provide quick access to AI-powered features. Other build and design features revealed in the report include an IP65 rating for dust and water resistance. It is expected to measure around 167.92 x 79.12 x 7.64 mm and feature a plastic build for both the body and frame.
It is likely to feature a 6.78-inch HD+ IPS LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate offering smoother visuals for everyday usage and entertainment. The display is said to have a resolution of 720 x 1576 pixels and a pixel density of approximately 280 DPI.
The smartphone is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Helio G100 processor clocked at 2.2GHz, which should deliver reliable performance for multitasking and casual gaming. It will come equipped with LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.2 storage ensuring faster data access and improved responsiveness in day-to-day operations.
The device is tipped to feature a 50MP rear camera with autofocus likely using sensors such as GC50F6A or OV50D40. For selfies and video calls, the phone is expected to include an 8MP front camera with fixed focus.
The Infinix Hot 70 4G will support dual SIM 4G connectivity and include a dedicated microSD card slot expandable up to 2TB. Connectivity options are expected to include Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC and support for multiple navigation systems such as GPS, GLONASS, BDS and Galileo.
The smartphone will likely offer a fingerprint sensor and face unlock. The device is also expected to support both hardware and software gyroscope functions, although further details remain unclear.
The phone is tipped to pack a 5600mAh battery with support for 45W fast charging promising extended usage with quicker recharge times. On the software side, it is expected to run on Android 16 with XOS 16 layered on top.
As of now, though information regarding long-term software updates has not yet been disclosed.
The smartphone is likely to be offered in multiple configurations including 4GB RAM with 256GB storage, 6GB RAM with 128GB storage and 8GB RAM with 256GB storage.
While Infinix has not officially confirmed the launch date, the Hot 70 4G is expected to debut later this month
