OnePlus N6x India Launch Confirmed for July 31, Teasers Showcase Redesigned Camera Module, Colour Options and Flat-Edge Design

0

Highlights

  • OnePlus N6x officially confirmed to debut in India on July 31.
  • It features flat-frame edges, flat rear panel and a pill-shaped vertical camera module with LED flash outside.
  • Teasers reveal light blue and burgundy variants with 3.5mm headphone jack.

OnePlus has officially confirmed that the OnePlus N6x will launch in India on July 31. Alongside, the brand has also revealed the smartphone’s complete rear design through a fresh set of teaser images. After initially teasing the device for the Indian market last week, the company has now shared additional visuals that highlight a refreshed design language for the upcoming N-series smartphone.

The newly released teaser images reveal that the OnePlus N6x adopts a noticeably different design compared to the recently launched OnePlus N6. OnePlus is promoting the handset with the tagline “Beyond what you x-pect.”

The smartphone features a flat-frame design with sharp, right-angled edges and a flat rear panel, giving it a cleaner and more premium-inspired appearance.

One of the biggest changes is the pill-shaped vertical rear camera module, positioned in the top-left corner of the back panel. This marks a clear departure from the square-shaped camera island seen on the OnePlus N6. The LED flash is placed outside the camera module further differentiating the design.

The teasers also show the phone in two colour options, a light blue finish named Ice Blue and a Burgundy Red variant.

Another feature confirmed through the teaser is the 3.5mm headphone jack, which has been retained from the OnePlus N6. While many smartphone brands have dropped the feature, its inclusion is likely to appeal to users looking for a practical and budget-friendly smartphone.

OnePlus N6x – What Else We Know?

The OnePlus N-series is designed to make the brand’s smartphones more accessible, offering a balance of everyday performance and affordability. Unlike the Nord lineup, the N-series focuses on delivering essential features at a lower price point.

With the redesigned camera module, flat sides, and updated styling, the OnePlus N6x is set to establish a distinct identity separate from the OnePlus N6.

OnePlus is yet to reveal the smartphone’s processor, display, battery capacity, camera specifications, or charging details. However, with the official launch scheduled for July 31, more hardware specifications are expected to be announced in the days leading up to the event.

  • Vivo S2 marketing material confirms August 6 as the launch date with first sale set to start on August 11.
  • Leaked to have a pill-shaped horizontal rear camera module with 50MP primary sensor, 3D curved display and a MediaTek Dimensity 7360 chipset.
  • The phone is expected in 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB versions, priced between ₹45,000–₹50,000; colour options include Regal Bronze, Sapphire Blue, and Silk White.

The upcoming Vivo S2 has surfaced in multiple fresh leaks, revealing the upcoming phone’s design, launch timeline and colour options ahead of its expected debut in India. While recent leaks had already disclosed the phone’s RAM and storage variants, pricing, and launch schedule, new promotional material has now offered the first clear look at the smartphone. So, here’s what we know about the phone based on recent leaks.

Vivo S2 – Marketing Material Leaked, Reveals Launch Date, Sale Date

According to the latest post on X by tipster Abhishek Yadav, the Vivo S2 is expected to launch in India on August 6, while its first sale could begin on August 11. The tipster has shared a poster that appears to be a marketing poster of the upcoming phone. Apart from the launch and sale date, the poster also carries a tagline that reads, “Vivo S2: Flows Into Your Hands Soon”

In a previous leak, the same tipster has confirmed that the smartphone is expected in 8GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variants. It is also expected to be offered in Regal Bronze, Sapphire Blue, and Silk White colour options.

Reports also suggested that the Vivo S2 could be priced between Rs. 45,000 and Rs. 50,000, making it a mid-range offering in the Indian market.

Vivo S2 – Design Revealed

Meanwhile, a new image published by 91mobiles citing industry sources provides an early look at the Vivo S2’s design. The renders that appear in the image confirm a pill-shaped horizontal rear camera module, which closely resembles the design seen on the Vivo X300 FE.

The same camera layout was previously hinted at in a leaked teaser poster, where the pill-shaped module was subtly hidden inside the word “Soon.” The Vivo S2 is shown with a 3D curved display with Vivo reportedly highlighting its “flagship-level design” and camera module as major attractions. The rear camera island houses two large circular camera rings along with a smaller circular cutout, which is likely meant for the LED flash.

Vivo branding is positioned vertically towards the lower-left side of the back panel, giving the rear a clean look.

Another notable design element is that the camera module matches the colour of the back panel on all three variants instead of using a contrasting black finish, a design approach increasingly seen on premium smartphones.

The promotional images also confirm that the handset will feature a 50-megapixel primary rear camera.

Vivo S2 – MediaTek Dimensity 7360 Chipset (Confirmed)

The latest leak also confirms that the Vivo S2 will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7360 chipset.

Previous reports have claimed that the smartphone will feature a 6.59-inch OLED display, a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera, and a 7,000mAh battery. Reports about the return of the Vivo S series to India first surfaced in May with the Vivo S2 tipped to succeed the Vivo S1, which debuted in 2019.

With its expected launch just around the corner, Vivo is likely to begin officially teasing the Vivo S2 in the coming days, with more details expected to be revealed before the August 6 launch.

According to tipster Anvin on X, fresh EEC certification listings reveal two iQOO smartphones with the model numbers V2546A and I2603. The V2546A model number is already associated with the Chinese variant of the iQOO 15 Ultra, indicating that the flagship phone could soon make its way to global markets after debuting in China in February this year.

Meanwhile, the I2603 model remains a mystery, as there is currently no information about its official marketing name. More details about the device are expected to emerge through future leaks and certifications.

iQOO is widely expected to launch the iQOO 16 in China in September. Although the global version of the iQOO 16 carrying the model number I2601 was recently spotted in the GSMA IMEI database, there is still no confirmation on whether the device will be released outside China.

iQOO 15 Ultra – Expected Specifications

The iQOO 15 Ultra is essentially an upgraded version of the standard iQOO 15. It was launched in China earlier this year with a starting price of CNY 5,699 (approximately $840). It offers additional gaming-focused features such as an active cooling fan, pressure-sensitive shoulder triggers, and a larger battery.

The smartphone features a 6.85-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 3168 × 1440 pixels resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and up to 1TB UFS 4.1 storage.

It packs a 7,400mAh battery with support for 100W wired fast charging and 40W wireless charging. For photography, the phone houses a 32-megapixel front camera. On the rear, it features a triple 50-megapixel camera setup comprising a Sony IMX921 primary sensor with OIS, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom and OIS.

Other notable features include Android 16-based OriginOS 6, an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, IP68/IP69 dust and water resistance, stereo speakers, NFC, and an IR blaster.

With the latest EEC certification now in place, the flagship smartphone could soon make its global debut, although iQOO has yet to announce an official launch timeline.

The iQOO Neo 11S has once again surfaced in leaks ahead of its expected debut in China. While earlier reports suggested the smartphone could launch in July, a fresh update from reliable tipster Digital Chat Station claims that the device is now tentatively scheduled to be unveiled in August.

Alongside the revised launch timeline, the tipster has also shared details about the phone’s RAM and storage variants, colour options, display and other expected specifications.

iQOO Neo 11S RAM, Storage and Colour Options Tipped

According to the latest leak, the iQOO Neo 11S will be offered in four memory configurations. These will most likely be 12GB RAM + 256GB storage, 12GB RAM + 512GB storage, 16GB RAM + 256GB storage, and 16GB RAM + 512GB storage.

The smartphone is also expected to arrive in three colour options namely Light White, Shadow Black, and Wind Chaser. The tipster further claims that the handset could be priced at around 3,000 Yuan (approximately $445) in the Chinese market.

iQOO Neo 11S – Other Expected Specifications

As per the tipster, the iQOO Neo 11S will feature a flat OLED display with 2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. Although the latest leak does not reveal the processor, previous reports suggest that the smartphone will be powered by an underclocked version of the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset.

The device is also expected to pack a battery of around 8,000mAh, a claim that Digital Chat Station had shared earlier. Other rumoured features include 100W fast charging, an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, and an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.

The leak does not mention the camera specifications. However, since the Neo 11S is expected to be a minor upgrade over the existing iQOO Neo 11, it may retain the same camera setup. If that happens, the smartphone could feature a 16-megapixel front camera, along with a dual rear camera system comprising a 50-megapixel primary sensor and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera.

More iQOO Smartphones Expected

Following the launch of the iQOO Neo 11S, the company is expected to turn its attention to its next-generation flagship lineup. Reports suggest that the iQOO 16 series could make its debut in September or early October and it may be accompanied by the iQOO Neo 12.

According to the tipster, the Vivo S2 will be available in two memory configurations including 8GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 256GB storage. The smartphone is also expected to launch in three colour options named Sapphire Blue, Regal Bronze, and Silk White.

The tipster also shared an image of what is claimed to be the device’s internal retail listing. The listing reportedly shows the demo units priced at Rs. 38,000 and Rs. 42,000 for the two variants. Meanwhile, the 8GB + 128GB version is currently listed internally at Rs. 43,000. In the same post, Abhishek Yadav also hinted that he will be sharing more details about the Vivo S2 in the coming days.

Vivo S2 – What Else We Know?

Based on the leaked internal pricing, the Vivo S2 is expected to fall within the previously rumoured sub-Rs. 50,000 price segment. Earlier, tipster Yogesh Brar had also claimed that the smartphone would launch for under Rs. 50,000 in India.

According to Yogesh Brar’s earlier post on X, Vivo is likely to introduce the Vivo S2 in the Indian market in early August 2026. However, the tipster did not reveal the exact launch date.

The expected pricing is also in line with the recent increase in component costs and the price hikes announced by several smartphone brands. The tipster further suggested that while the smartphone could be unveiled in early August, its first open sale is expected to begin during the Independence Day sale.

With the expected launch now just around the corner, more details about the Vivo S2 are likely to emerge in the coming days.

Vivo X500 Receives Indonesia Certifications; Poco F9 Pro and Poco F9 Ultra Also Bag Multiple Global Approvals

Vivo X500 Receives Indonesia Certifications

Highlights

  • Vivo X500 secures TKDN and SDPPI certifications in Indonesia, confirming compliance with local telecom standards.
  • Poco F9 Pro and Poco F9 Ultra spotted in IMEI, IMDA, TKDN, and SDPPI listings as both set for release across EEA, Turkey, Indonesia, Taiwan, Russia and Japan.

The upcoming Vivo X500 has moved one step closer to its global debut after receiving certifications in Indonesia. At the same time, the Poco F9 Pro and Poco F9 Ultra have also appeared on multiple certification platforms, suggesting that their international launch may not be far away.

A recent report revealed that the global version of the Vivo X500 was listed in the GSMA IMEI database. Now, the smartphone has secured approvals from Indonesia’s TKDN certification platform. In addition, the device with the model number V2610 has also been spotted on the country’s SDPPI certification website.

TKDN certification verifies the percentage of locally sourced Indonesian components used in a product. Meanwhile, SDPPI certification confirms that a device meets Indonesia’s telecommunications and radio equipment standards before it can be commercially sold in the country.

As is usually the case, neither certification listing reveals any hardware specifications or features of the smartphone. However, with the global Vivo X500 already appearing on multiple certification platforms, its international launch is expected to take place roughly a month after its China debut, which is currently anticipated in September.

Poco F9 Pro and Poco F9 Ultra Receive Fresh Certifications

Meanwhile, Poco is also preparing to introduce its next-generation Poco F9 series smartphones. According to a report by XimiTime, two upcoming models have now surfaced in the GSMA IMEI database confirming both their model numbers and marketing names.

The listings reveal that the Poco F9 Pro carries the model number 2607APCA5G, while the Poco F9 Ultra bears the model number 26077PC53G. Both smartphones are expected to launch in several global markets including the EEA, Turkey, Indonesia, Taiwan, Russia, and Japan.

However, despite being one of Poco’s key markets, India is unlikely to receive the Poco F9 Pro and Poco F9 Ultra.

In addition to the IMEI database, both devices have also been certified by Indonesia’s SDPPI and Singapore’s IMDA authorities. These certifications have appeared earlier than expected. For comparison, last year’s Poco F8 Pro and Poco F8 Ultra were first spotted on Singapore’s IMDA and Thailand’s NBTC certification platforms in October, before making their official debut in November.

Launch Timeline

The Redmi K100 series is expected to launch in China in August. Reports suggest that the upcoming Poco F9 Pro and Poco F9 Ultra will be based on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5-powered Redmi K100 lineup. If that turns out to be accurate, the Poco F9 series could make its global debut as early as October.

Highlights

  • Oppo Find X10 series prototypes spotted in leaked pictures that reveal a redesigned wide horizontal camera island with three sensors, LED flash, and multispectral sensor.
  • Lineup could feature Find X10, Find X10 Pro, and a new Find X10 Pro Max variant, expected to launch around Sept–Oct in China.
  • Oppo is also reportedly developing a compact flagship with a 6.3–6.4″ 1.5K LTPO display and ultra‑thin bezels for the first half of 2027.

Oppo’s upcoming Find X10 series has surfaced in a new batch of leaked pictures revealing an early look at what could be the company’s next flagship lineup. The pictures have been currently circulating on Chinese social media and were recently shared by tipster Anvin on X. Moreover, well-known tipster Digital Chat Station posted details about the phones visible in the pictures on Weibo. Here’s everything we know about the upcoming lineup based on recent leaks.

According to Digital Chat Station, the Oppo Find X10 series has entered the EVT (Engineering Validation Test) stage and the engineering units feature a significantly redesigned rear camera setup. Instead of the circular camera module seen on previous models, the upcoming phones are said to adopt a wide horizontal camera island similar to the design of the Find X9s Pro.

The leaked prototypes show three camera sensors arranged on the left side of the camera module, while the LED flash and a multispectral sensor are positioned on the right. The tipster also claims that the lineup may be available in white, orange, and cyan colour options.

Another expected addition is a dedicated customisable AI button. Since the devices have reportedly reached the EVT stage, the Find X10 series is expected to debut in China around September or October.

Leak Pictures Suggest Find X10 Pro Max Could Join the Lineup

The leaked images appear to showcase three engineering units, which are believed to represent the Oppo Find X10, Find X10 Pro, and a new Find X10 Pro Max. An iPhone 17 Pro is also seen alongside the devices for comparison.

There is still no confirmation regarding an Oppo Find X10 Ultra model. If the Find X10 Pro Max turns out to be the flagship variant, it may indicate that smartphone brands are simplifying their premium lineups as increasing memory costs continue to impact production expenses.

Recent rumours have also suggested that Xiaomi could skip launching a Xiaomi 18 Ultra, although there has been no official confirmation. Even so, it remains too early to draw conclusions especially since an Ultra-branded Oppo flagship. If planned, these would likely arrive during the first half of 2027.

Oppo May Be Working on a Compact Flagship

In a separate claim, Digital Chat Station revealed that Oppo is also developing a compact flagship smartphone featuring a display measuring between 6.3 inches and 6.4 inches. The handset is expected to feature a 1.5K LTPO display with extremely narrow and symmetrical bezels on all four sides.

According to the tipster, the device is currently planned for launch in the first half of 2027.

Although the identity of the smartphone remains unknown, it could arrive as the successor to the China-exclusive Find X9s Pro, which was introduced alongside the Find X9 Ultra in April this year. It is still unclear whether Oppo will market the upcoming compact flagship as the Find X10s Pro or choose a different branding strategy.
