Motorola has expanded its Moto G35 5G lineup in India with the introduction of a new 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. The smartphone, which first debuted in late 2024 with a 4GB/128GB configuration, will be available for purchase starting October 6, 2025, at 12 PM via Flipkart. Here’s everything we know about the new variant.

The latest Moto G35 5G (8GB+128GB) model is priced at ₹11,999, marking a 22% price cut from its original ₹15,499 tag. Buyers can further lower the effective price to ₹10,999 through ongoing bank offers and promotional discounts.
Flipkart is also offering 5% cashback for customers using Axis Bank debit and credit cards or SBI credit cards, along with EMI options starting at just ₹422 per month.
Despite being a budget smartphone, the Moto G35 5G stands out with its vegan leather back panel, a feature usually seen in premium devices. On the front, it sports a 6.7-inch Full HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate, ensuring a smooth and responsive experience. The screen is further protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3.

Under the hood, the smartphone runs on the UNISOC T760 chipset, now coupled with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Users can also expand memory virtually up to 12GB RAM for better multitasking. The device packs a 5,000mAh battery with 20W wired fast charging support.
The Moto G35 5G ships with Android 14 out of the box, and Motorola has confirmed an Android 15 upgrade along with two years of security updates, ensuring a reliable software experience.
In the camera department, the phone features a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP primary sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide lens. For selfies and video calls, it comes with a 16MP front camera.
Other key highlights include dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, water touch technology, and an IP52 rating for dust and splash resistance, making it one of the most well-rounded options in its price range.
