UK-based smartphone brand Nothing is on the lookout for two Chiefs of Staff to manage operations in the US and India. CEO Carl Pei announced the job openings on X (formerly Twitter), highlighting the key qualifications and expectations for these roles.

The Chief of Staff positions come with significant responsibilities, requiring a strong background in STEM or investment banking, depending on the location. The roles will involve close collaboration with the CEO and leadership team to manage operations, analyse data and scale business growth.
According to Pei, these positions offer a fast-paced learning experience and are meant for highly driven individuals. He stated, “For the right people, these roles will create the fastest phase of personal growth. It will be a very competitive process, and I’m looking for very specific types of people.”
Both roles require candidates to spend 12 to 18 months in the UK before relocating to their respective locations.
