Nothing, the new consumer tech start-up led by OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei is all set to foray into the smartphone market. The brand will launch its first smartphone on July 12. The internet is flooded with rumours and updates about the upcoming smartphone. The latest is related to the pricing of the Nothing Phone (1).
The Nothing Phone (1) will be launched in several markets including India. Ahead of its launch, the price details of the smartphone has been leaked on Twitter. An image obtained from the Flipkart app, which happens to be the official online sales partner of Nothing Phone (1) indicates that the Phone (1) will be priced Rs. 34,999 and Rs39,999 for the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant, respectively. Official details about the price is yet to be confirmed by the brand.
Talking about the colour White shade is confirmed for the Phone (1). The other expected colour of the Phone (1) is black. As for RAM and storage, the phone will also come in 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
Full details including the price of the Nothing Phone (1) will be revealed tomorrow at the live launch event. The launch event will begin at 11 AM ET, that’s 8:30 PM IST.
A 6.55-inch OLED display with Full-HD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate, Nothing Phone (1)) will offer symmetrical bezels, that means there will be slim bezels of the same size on all sides of the screen.
Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G+ SoC paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, Phone (1) will come with a dual-camera system with a 50MP main lens and 16MP secondary unit. The Phone (1) is expected to come with a 16MP selfie snapper.
The device will have a 4,500mAh battery with support for 45W fast charging technology. It will boot on Android 12 OS out of the box.

Earlier, the brand revealed detailed specifications of the camera of Nothing Phone (1) via a blog post. The upcoming Nothing Phone (1) will have just two cameras.
Camera of the Phone (1) features the flagship 50 MP Sony IMX766 and it promises to give exceptional images all the time. It has senor. With the ƒ/1.88 aperture and 1/1.56” sensor size, the camera is said to offer extraordinary detail in any light.
