OnePlus and Samsung are starting the new year strong by rolling out their first OS updates of 2025. Here’s a detailed look at the new features, improvements and changes you can expect from the new updates.
OnePlus has begun delivering its January 2025 OxygenOS update, bringing fresh features and fixes to supported devices. Following the company’s commitment to monthly updates announced in August 2024, this latest rollout (version V30P01) includes enhancements to apps, system stability and user experience.
What’s New in the January 2025 OxygenOS Update :

The update is being rolled out to all actively supported OnePlus devices including the OnePlus Open, OnePlus 12, OnePlus Pad 2, OnePlus 10 and even older models like the OnePlus 8. It applies to OxygenOS versions 13, 14 and 15.
