OPPO has introduced its new K15 Pro series in China, unveiling the OPPO K15 Pro+ and OPPO K15 Pro. Both devices come equipped with OPPO’s next-generation active cooling fan technology to manage heat during intensive usage. As of now, there is no update on their India launch, but both models will go on sale in China via the official OPPO online store. Here’s everything you need to know about the phones.
The OPPO K15 Pro+ starts at CNY 3,499 (approximately Rs. 47,000) for the “Basic” variant and CNY 3,699 (around Rs. 50,000) for the “Standard” version, both offering 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. The top-end variant with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage is priced at CNY 4,199 (about Rs. 57,000).
Meanwhile, the OPPO K15 Pro is priced at CNY 2,999 (roughly Rs. 41,000) for the “Basic” model and CNY 3,199 (around Rs. 43,000) for the “Standard” version with similar RAM and storage configurations. The highest 12GB + 512GB variant is priced at CNY 3,499 (approximately Rs. 47,000).
Both smartphones will be available for purchase starting April 3 at 10:00 am local time (7:30 am IST) through the OPPO China online store.
The OPPO K15 Pro+ is offered in Cyber Wings, Origin Gray, and Photodust colour options, while the OPPO K15 Pro comes in Cyber Wing, Golden Legend, Origin Gray, and Radiant Dust shades.
The OPPO K15 Pro features a 6.59-inch 1.5K OLED display with a resolution of 2760×1256 pixels, offering a 144Hz refresh rate, up to 240Hz touch sampling rate, and peak brightness of up to 1200 nits. It is powered by an octa-core Dimensity 8500 SUPER chipset built on a 4nm process, clocked up to 3.4GHz, paired with an Arm Mali-G720 MC8 GPU. The device comes with 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and offers 256GB or 512GB UFS 3.1 storage.
The smartphone runs Android 16 with ColorOS 16 and supports dual SIM (nano + nano). In terms of optics, it includes a 50-megapixel primary camera with f/1.8 aperture, OIS and EIS, along with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera with f/2.2 aperture. It supports video recording up to 4K at 60fps. On the front, it houses a 16-megapixel camera with f/2.4 aperture capable of recording 1080p video at 60fps.
Additional features include an in-display optical fingerprint sensor, infrared sensor, stereo speakers, and USB Type-C audio. The device carries an IP69 rating for dust and water resistance. It measures 158.30 x 75.13 x 8.30mm and weighs 202 grams.
Connectivity options include 5G SA/NSA, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, Beidou, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS, NavIC, NFC, and USB Type-C. It packs a 7500mAh battery with support for 80W fast charging.
The OPPO K15 Pro+ sports a larger 6.78-inch 1.5K OLED display with a resolution of 2772×1272 pixels, featuring a 165Hz refresh rate, up to 330Hz touch sampling rate, and peak brightness of up to 1800 nits.
It is powered by an octa-core Dimensity 9500s chipset based on a 3nm architecture, clocked up to 3.73GHz, coupled with an Arm Mali-G925 MC12 GPU. The device offers 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and comes with 256GB or 512GB UFS 4.1 storage.
Running on Android 16 with ColorOS 16, the phone supports dual SIM functionality. The camera setup includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture, OIS and EIS, along with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera with f/2.2 aperture, supporting up to 4K video recording at 60fps.
