Poco is gearing up for the global launch of its next-generation F8 series smartphones. The lineup is expected to include the Poco F8, Poco F8 Pro, and Poco F8 Ultra. Following the brand’s usual release cycle, the Pro and Ultra models may arrive in early 2026, while the standard Poco F8 could debut around Q2 2026.
Ahead of its official unveiling, the alleged Poco F8 Pro has now been spotted in GSMA’s IMEI database. Here’s what we know.

As reported in a recent XiaomiTime report, a Poco smartphone with model number 2510DPC44G has appeared in the IMEI database. Notably, no India-specific variant has been listed yet, which suggests that the device might not make its way to the Indian market.
In comparison, a Xiaomi handset carrying the model number 2510DRK44C was recently certified by China’s 3C authority. This model comes with support for 100W fast charging and is expected to launch in China as the Redmi K90 by the end of October 2025.
According to multiple reports, the Poco F7 Pro was essentially a rebadged version of the China-exclusive Redmi K80. Following this trend, while the Redmi K90 may stay limited to the Chinese market, it is widely expected to launch globally as the Poco F8 Pro.
Reports suggest that the Redmi K90 and the rebranded the Poco F8 Pro will come powered by the next-gen Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset. The phone is tipped to feature a 6.59-inch flat RGB OLED LTPS display offering 2K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. For security, it may include an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor.
Battery performance could be a major highlight with a massive 7,100mAh unit paired with 100W fast charging support. Other expected features include dual stereo speakers, a premium metal mid-frame, and an x-axis linear motor for improved haptics.
Meanwhile, the Poco F8 Ultra is yet to appear in the IMEI database. This device is rumoured to be a rebranded version of the Redmi K90 Pro, which is expected to be powered by the more advanced Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor.
