Both smartphones are dual-SIM devices running Android 16-based OriginOS 6. Vivo has promised six years of security updates for the new models, enhancing their long-term software support.

The Vivo V70 Elite and Vivo V70 sport 6.59-inch VM9 AMOLED displays with a resolution of 1,260×2,750 pixels. The panels support up to 120Hz refresh rate, peak brightness of up to 5,000 nits, 459ppi pixel density, and P3 wide colour gamut.
