Vivo X200 Pro Tops AnTuTu’s March 2025 Rankings, Dimensity 9400 Shines

AnTuTu has just released its list of the top-performing Android flagship phones for March 2025. Leading the pack is the Vivo X200 Pro Satellite Edition powered by the Dimensity 9400 with an impressive average score of 2,902,298.

Coming in a close second is the iQOO 13 with 2,885,754 points, just 16,544 points behind Vivo’s flagship. Meanwhile, the third spot goes to the iQOO Neo 10 Pro, another Dimensity-powered device scoring 2,817,285.

Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 devices still hold their own, with OnePlus 13 and OnePlus Ace 5 Pro taking fourth and fifth places respectively, both offering strong performance numbers.

The AnTuTu rankings are based on over 1,000 valid test results gathered in China between March 1 and March 31.

All in all, four of the top ten devices are using Dimensity 9400, showing just how well MediaTek’s chip is doing in the high-end market. And there’s more to come as its refreshed version, the Dimensity 9400+, is on the way. Phones like the Realme GT 7 (launching in April), Vivo X200S, and the next OnePlus Ace are all expected to feature this new chip in the first half of 2025.
